The Fund for NWC supports the core mission of Northwest Catholic: to educate the whole person in mind, body, spirit and imagination in developing students into leaders who faithfully serve God and others.  Annual contributions to The Fund for NWC provide critical resources in advancing Northwest Catholic’s educational programming on a yearly basis.  Every facet of Northwest Catholic school life is impacted by this support with all gifts directed to in-year funding of our present educational ministries; teaching & learning, curriculum & professional development, campus ministry, extra-curricular and athletic programming, and need-based tuition financial assistance.

We are proud to recognize our donors from the 2023-24 school year in the annual Donor Honor Roll. Please click on the magazine logo to read details of our generous philanthropic support at NWC.

Please consider making a one-time or recurring gift to The Fund for NWC.  Your gift today will have an impact today.

Leadership Giving

Leadership donors display exceptional interest in the advancement of the school by virtue of their gifts of $1,500 or more. Members of one of the below giving levels are specifically recognized in donation publications and are invited to an annual autumn dinner celebration to thank them for their support of NWC.

Founders' Circle: $1,500-2,999

Northwest Catholic develops leaders who faithfully serve God and others. Benefactors of yesterday, today, and tomorrow strengthen the foundation laid in West Hartford over 60 years ago.

Dominican Order Society: $3,000-7,499

In 1961 eight Dominican Sisters of St. Mary of the Springs devoted their time and energy to educating the young minds of Northwest Catholic students. Their guidance provided the foundation for the growth and development of the student body. Givers at this level continue the tradition of our founding Dominican Sisters.

President's Council: $7,500-14,999

Over nearly 65 years, religious and lay presidents and principals, school administrators, and dedicated faculty have laid an example for our thousands of graduates to forge their path according to this mission.

Rev. Colton Society: $15,000-49,999

During his time at Northwest Catholic, Rev. Bradford Colton, the first principal, was an exemplary leader, educator, and mentor to many students. He lived the mission of our school with humbling grace and dedicated his life to educating others.

Rev. Frascadore Society: $50,000-99,999

As the school's first president, Rev. Henry C. Frascadore initiated the Annual Fund and pioneered the development of the Northwest Catholic Endowment Fund. As a result, the school grew tremendously, and today's students continue to enjoy the fruits of these programs.

1961 Legacy Circle

Gifts of $100,000 or more, bequests, and planned giving demonstrate an unwavering belief in the vision and future of Northwest Catholic. Donors in this Circle are usually allocated for capital improvements or endowed scholarships. Many of these generous gifts originate from thoughtful estate planning or a special bequest. Further information can be found within the NWC Advancement Department.
