$300 for returning students. You are billed a continuing student registration fee through FACTS in March. By paying this fee you are registering for the following school year.

Financial Aid

FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for Northwest Catholic High School for families who have applied for the 2025-2026 school year.  Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by Jan. 31, 2025.  Applicants will be able to apply on the FACTS website once the link goes live, please check back in November. When submitting your FACTS application you will be asked for the following:

  • Copies of your 2023 Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
  • Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.

All supporting documentation can be uploaded in pdf or jpeg format online.

Scholarships & Reductions

Endowed and Annual Scholarships

Alumni, parents, and friends of NWC  honor an individual or a family while helping students in financial need by funding an endowed scholarship.

Sibling Discount

Northwest Catholic has a proud tradition of enrolling multiple children from a family. We are pleased to be able to offer a $1000 discount to the second child who is enrolled at the same time as a sibling. Families who have 3 or more children enrolled at the same time will receive the $1000 discount for each of the additional siblings who are registered.

Ways to Save

529 Plans

The 2017 Tax Cut and Jobs Act expanded 529 savings plans to allow families to invest funds for K12 tuition in addition to higher education expenses.
