Titles: Math Teacher, Math Team Moderator Departments: Mathematics Catherine Curran, a graduate of St. Augustine’s School, South Catholic High School, College of the Holy Cross, and Boston College, has found great satisfaction and happiness in both learning and teaching in Catholic schools. With an M.A. in Mathematics from Boston College, she has all the angles covered when she teaches Geometry. She also enjoys teaching Algebra, Calculus, and AP Statistics. She has been teaching at NWC for 13 years and loves working with students on challenging math problems. In addition, Ms. Curran is one of the coaches of the NWC Math Team. Ms. Curran is not only a teacher at NWC, she is also an alumni parent. Her daughter Margaret was a member of the Class of 2013. In her spare time Ms. Curran enjoys walking, biking, reading, gardening, and spending time with her family.
